Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display of third-party trademarks or logos on this website does not indicate that Franchise Tees is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an officially licensed merchandise provider of the applicable trademark owner.

By ordering a product displaying third-party branding, you represent and warrant that you are authorized by the applicable trademark owner, franchise system, employer, or other rights holder to purchase and use merchandise bearing those marks.

By placing an order, you authorize Franchise Tees to reproduce the applicable trademarks, logos, and branding solely as necessary to manufacture and fulfill your order.

Franchise Tees reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it has reason to believe that the purchaser does not have appropriate authorization to purchase or use merchandise bearing the applicable branding.
